Why do Physician's carry a backpack ?

Indian Politician’s answer; To stuff in gifts from pharma companies, Vouchers for hotels in Dubai, Switzerland and Thailand and flight tickets provided by pharma companies
An average Indian patient’s answer; To stuff the loot collected in the day fleecing the patients and as commissions for referring patients for investigations and specialists.
An Indian advocate’s answer; To carry the case papers of the previous case of alleged negligence for which the doctor will be meeting him today and to carry the cash to pay the lawyer’s fee.
An Indian Journalist's answer; To carry Stolen kidneys, stolen male babies, Stolen corneas,
An Indian doctor’s answer; Lunch, laptop, books, and Adhaar card and statements required for the bank loan he has apply for and some drug samples to give to the dhobi who presses his clothes.
